The Five-Ten Breathing Technique consists of a series of consecutive inhalations and exhalations. You can perform inhalation and exhalation through either the nose or mouth, whichever is more comfortable for you. There should be no pause between inhalation and exhalation, and it is important not to hold your breath. Inhalation and exhalation occur simultaneously with counting. To experience noticeable results, complete the exercise for a minimum of three full cycles without taking breaks between cycles. Begin the next cycle immediately after completing the first one.
